For your consideration: When choosing a template, keep in mind that the dark overlay on the first content section (Hero Section- Slide Show/Video) will only be removed IF no headline or caption are present for the media.
If they are present, this cannot be removed, as it is set by the template design to be in ADA contrast compliance with words over an image. This ensures the website will be fully compliant and will rank higher in Google search results.
